I’m Marilé – a Psychology Professional, mental health advocate, and Co-Founder of I Seek Help International™. My passion is deeply personal: to give voice to the unseen, to guide others back to their worth, and to create spaces where people are no longer afraid to take up space in their own lives.

I work at the intersection of insight and empathy – blending psychology, trauma recovery, identity work, and emotional intelligence to help people make sense of their story, their struggles, and their strength. For me, mental wellness isn’t a luxury – it’s a right, a need, and a sacred space we all deserve to step into.
